Cartoonist Notes
So OK. This comic is not all that original in that it pulls from classics like a camel saying hump day and Samuel L. Jacksons classic Pulp Fiction scene (Big Cahoona burgers are tasty). People seem to like it though. I always want to do "original" cartoons and not riff off of other people's jokes but sometimes it is unavoidable. Plus my more original humor is actually just quirky weird stuff like Yetis with shaven butts. That plays to a very particular crowd. If you find Yeti butts funny congratulations, you may join my club for quirky weird people with odd senses of humors.
In any event I really do feel that people can connect with this as there are times when everyone has wanted to execute the person who always laughs and says "hump day" every Wednesday or puts it in a commercial thinking it will be funny or maybe a cartoon with... oh wait... crap!
